Fall into Giving
It is officially November, which means the holiday season is upon us. With all of the hustle and bustle this time of the year, it's easy to overlook what we are grateful for. A few things that may come to mind are our families, friends, livelihood, and the food that we are able to indulge in during our holiday gatherings.
For our second year, Advanced Dental Care Clinic is hosting our annual food drive. The collected donations will be delivered to the Plymouth Food Pantry, which is located right in Plymouth, WI. The food pantry, with the help of our community, relies completely on donations and volunteers in order to support their day-to-day operations. The Plymouth Food Pantry does not receive any government support. Currently, they are able to assist over 450 families (1200 individuals) in Northwestern Sheboygan County. This includes the communities of Plymouth, Cascade, Waldo, Greenbush, Glenbeulah, and the Elkhart Lake school district.
In order to help meet demand this holiday season, we are asking for YOUR help! We have set up a box for items to be donated inside our office located at: 62 S. Pleasant View Rd. in Plymouth. Items in need are: non-perishable foods, toothpaste, soap, toilet paper, shampoo, lotion, etc. All are welcome to donate, whether you are a patient or not; if you're bringing something along to your appointment, or just wanting to drop something off; we are thankful for any donation!
To show our gratitude we are holding a drawing for a "Cozy Fall Basket" which includes: an Amazon Fire Tablet, Sherpa blanket, and hot chocolate set! For every item donated, you will get one (1) entry for our drawing; the more donated items, the more entries for our prize! Items can be donated through November 27th, Monday-Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm. The winner of our drawing will be announced in December!
